Terms of Service
The plain-English agreement for using SAGE and the $299 Visibility Audit. Please read it before you use the service.
1. About SAGE and PurelyLogic
SAGE is an AI visibility platform operated by PurelyLogic. SAGE audits and optimizes websites for Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), together “AI Visibility Optimization.”

2. Services offered
SAGE offers the following:
Free SAGE scan
$0A free AI visibility scan that grades your website across SEO, AEO, and GEO and returns a scored report of the key issues and opportunities. No payment required.
SAGE Visibility Audit — Fix-It Service
$299A paid service in which PurelyLogic applies the optimizations identified in your SAGE audit directly to your website. This is the only paid service currently offered on the public SAGE platform. The price is $299. No other pricing is in effect.
3. The $299 Visibility Audit — service terms
3.1 What you receive
When you buy the $299 SAGE Visibility Audit Fix-It service, PurelyLogic implements the technical and content optimizations from your SAGE audit directly in your website. You receive a completed set of implemented changes, documented in a summary report, delivered within one (1) business day of our receiving the access we need from you.
3.2 Credit toward future services
The $299 you pay can be credited in full toward an approved PurelyLogic Fix or retainer engagement, provided the credit is applied within 60 days of your original purchase. Credit requests must be made in writing to info@purelylogic.com.
3.3 Access requirements
To deliver this service, you must give PurelyLogic appropriate access to your website (for example, repository collaborator access, a CMS admin invite, or an equivalent). The one business-day timeline starts only after access is confirmed. If access is not provided within 14 days of purchase, PurelyLogic may issue a credit in place of a refund.
3.4 Scope of work
The Fix-It service covers the specific findings in your SAGE audit report. It does not include redesign, content creation, paid advertising, domain changes, or anything outside the audit findings. Additional work may be quoted separately.
4. No guarantee of results
SAGE provides AI visibility audits and technical optimization based on current best practices for SEO, AEO, and GEO. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, AI citation frequency, or revenue outcomes.
Search engine and AI algorithms change often and are outside our control. Results vary with your industry, competition, domain age, existing content quality, backlink profile, and how often third-party platforms update their algorithms.
By purchasing any SAGE service, you acknowledge you have read and understood this no-guarantee policy, consistent with the acknowledgment shown at checkout.
5. Payment and refunds
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize PurelyLogic to charge the stated amount to your payment method.
- All sales are final. Because these are digital services and work begins immediately, we do not offer refunds once work has begun.
- Access-failure exception: if you cannot provide site access within 14 days of purchase and no work has been done, you may request a credit (not a cash refund) toward a future service within 60 days.
- Service failure: if PurelyLogic cannot deliver the agreed scope for reasons within our control, we will issue a full credit or, at our discretion, a refund.
Refund or credit requests must be sent to info@purelylogic.com within 30 days of purchase.
6. Account registration and security
To use certain SAGE features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at info@purelylogic.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit URLs or websites you do not own or have no authorization to optimize.
- Use SAGE for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any law.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract proprietary data from the SAGE platform.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
- Use automated means to access the service without our prior written consent.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the service.
8. Intellectual property
All content, features, and functionality of SAGE — including the audit methodology, report formats, scoring system, text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of PurelyLogic and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Forge Technology™ and BuiltForgeTough™ are proprietary marks of PurelyLogic. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from SAGE content without our written permission.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. PurelyLogic does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcome will result from its use.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PurelyLogic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service will not exceed the amount you paid PurelyLogic in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
11. Termination
PurelyLogic may suspend or terminate your access to SAGE at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, harms other users or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the SAGE service that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Ohio. Each party bears its own costs unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.
13. Changes to these Terms
PurelyLogic may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email. Continuing to use SAGE after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
