What we collect, why we collect it, and the control you have over it. Plain English, no fine-print games.
1. Who we are
SAGE is an AI visibility platform operated by PurelyLogic. We audit and optimize websites so they get found by search engines (SEO), AI answer engines (AEO), and generative platforms (GEO).

2. What we collect
We collect only what we need to run SAGE. Here is exactly what, and why.
Audit & lead form data
When you submit a website for a free SAGE scan, we collect your name, email, and the website URL you enter. We use it to deliver your report and follow up on your results. We do not sell it.
Account information
If you create a SAGE account, we collect your name, email, and a hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
Payment processing
Payment for the SAGE Visibility Audit ($299) is handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or bank details. Stripe processes all of that under its own PCI-DSS compliant systems. We receive only a confirmation and the last four digits of your card for your records.
Analytics data
We use analytics tools to understand how visitors use SAGE. They collect anonymized data such as pages visited, time on page, browser and device type, and general location (city or country level). We may also use session-replay and heatmap tools to improve the experience. No personally identifiable information is shared with these providers beyond what is described here.
Technical data
Our servers automatically log standard technical details: your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, and request timestamps. This is used for security, debugging, and reliability. It is not used for advertising.
3. How we use it
- To deliver your SAGE report and share your results.
- To process payment and fulfill the Visibility Audit.
- To create and manage your account if you register.
- To send transactional email (report delivery, account confirmation, service updates).
- To analyze usage and improve SAGE.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, use it for behavioral advertising, or share it with data brokers.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your account and audit data for as long as your account is active. If you have not logged in for 24 months, we may delete your account and its data after giving you 30 days notice by email.
Audit reports are kept for 12 months from the date they are generated. Payment records are kept for 7 years as required by tax and financial rules. Analytics data follows each provider's default retention.
You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@purelylogic.com. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
5. Cookies
SAGE uses two kinds of cookies:
- Essential cookies — needed for sign-in, session management, and core functionality. Turning these off breaks the service.
- Analytics cookies — measure usage so we can improve SAGE. These are optional and can be blocked in your browser.
You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not stop you using SAGE.
6. Third-party services
These providers process data on our behalf, each under its own privacy policy and data-processing terms:

7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access — get a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — fix data that is wrong or incomplete.
- Deletion — have your data deleted, subject to legal retention rules.
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent — where processing relies on consent, withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any of these, email info@purelylogic.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data: encrypted HTTPS connections, hashed passwords, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us right away at info@purelylogic.com.
9. Children’s privacy
SAGE is not directed to anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continuing to use SAGE after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
